Tuesday, September 24
Brewery Fire, Taneytown
6 p.m.  Presentation: How to Homebrew Beer.  Presented by Carroll County Public Library, Taneytown Branch.  Registration required:  Join Jesse from Brewery Fire and Tim from Pipe the Side to learn from the experts what supplies and equipment you will need and receive some helpful advice for getting started in home brewing.

Johansson’s, Westminster
7 p.m. Keg Tapping: a fully-carbonated version of a limited release Hazy IPA, brewed with Maryland malts and hops, a Carroll County collaboration by Johansson’s and Pub Dog Brewing.

Wednesday, September 25
Pub Dog Brewing, Westminster
4 p.m. to 8 p.m.  Tapping of a collaboration beer brewed by Pub Dog and the Midnight Homebrewers League, a Homebrew club based in Carroll County.  Light snacks provided by the Midnight Homebrewers.  Raffle for prizes including a GrowlerWerks growler and Pub Dog gift cards and apparel.  Each purchased beer pair includes one raffle ticket.  Raffle drawing at 7 p.m.

Thursday, September 26
Ruhlman Brewery, Hampstead
10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Free disc golf with purchase of a pint

Market Tavern, Sykesville
6 p.m. to 9 p.m.  Tap takeover by Elder Pine Brewing featuring $2 off Elder Pine drafts.

Friday, September 27
Ruhlman Brewery, Hampstead
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. free disc golf with purchase of a pint

Brewery Fire, Taneytown
12 p.m. to 10 p.m.  Ribbon Cutting at noon, followed by a Grand Opening Celebration with live music, outdoor beer garden, and more!

Saturday, September 28
Maryland Microbrewery Festival, Union Mills
The historic Union Mills Homestead hosts the 14th Annual Maryland Microbrewery Festival on the scenic grounds of the Union Mills Homestead Park. The event celebrates the best of Maryland’s handcrafted and distinctive microbrews and craft beers. Twenty brewers will be on hand, each with a variety of beers to sample. Details are available at
